Coverage
We ship to Colombia, Panama and the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
- Colombia: 2 to 5 business days
- Panama: 2 to 5 business days
- United States: 2 to 5 business days
These times are estimates and are counted from dispatch of the order, not from the purchase date. They may vary for reasons outside our control (carrier, customs, weather or hard-to-reach areas).
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment.
Packaging and storage
Our products are dispatched in discreet packaging conditioned to preserve their integrity in transit. We recommend receiving and storing the product according to the storage instructions as soon as it is delivered.
Customs and duties (international shipments)
For shipments to Panama and the United States, any duty, tax or customs fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Delays caused by customs processes are not the responsibility of Elyx Aminos.
Shipping address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a complete and correct address. Orders returned or undelivered because of incorrect details may incur additional reshipping costs.
Undelivered or lost orders
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or is unusually delayed, contact us within 48 hours at info@elyxaminos.com so we can follow it up with the carrier.
