They are not medicines, nor products for human or animal consumption. Because these are sensitive lyophilised compounds that require controlled storage and cold chain conditions, the following strict conditions apply.

For reasons of safety, product integrity, batch traceability and quality control, all sales are final once the order has been dispatched. We do not accept returns of vials once they leave our facilities, because storage conditions and the cold chain cannot be guaranteed outside our control, and the product cannot be returned to inventory.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is confirmed as lost by the carrier, you must report it within 48 hours following delivery or the estimated delivery date, writing to info@elyxaminos.com with: order number, batch number and photographs of the product and the packaging. After verification we will offer, at our discretion: (a) replacement of the product, or (b) store credit. Monetary refunds are granted only where replacement is not possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct and complete address and contact details. We are not responsible for orders that go undelivered because of incorrect information; these are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

If any problem arises, the buyer agrees to contact us first to look for a solution. Fraudulent chargebacks, or chargebacks raised without prior contact, will be disputed with the corresponding documentation (delivery confirmation, communications and transaction evidence) and may lead to future purchases being blocked.

By making a purchase, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this policy in full, as well as the “research use only” nature of the products.
